PSYCHOTHERAPEUTIC COUNSELLING
If you’re looking for Individual Counselling sessions with a qualified counsellor, then you’ve come to the right place. I will guide you through your current experiences so that you start to feel greater stability, strength and choice. I am registered with the BACP (British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists), and the NCA (National Counselling Society).

A Bit About Me
beYou therapies is the culmination of my life’s work to date. My journey started many years ago when I invited a local healer to my home to share meditation practice. From here I met and worked with a shamanic counsellor who taught me the basics of shamanic journeying. Half a lifetime later I am still enriching and nourishing my practice through personal development, learning and involvement with groups of like minded practitioners. I completed training as a Yoga teacher in 2019 and fully recommend this as a practice of self-enquiry to complement and develop all areas of life, including counselling.
Whilst working with you primarily as your counsellor, I may also recommend further options for you and will cross reference the different healing options I have to offer. However my
main focus is counselling.
